JAC Counselling Delhi (2017-18)

JOINT ADMISSION Counselling is as we know a centralized counselling for admissions to B.E/B.Arch/B.Tech program of 4 pioneering technical universities of DELHI.

DTU (Delhi Technical University), NSIT (Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology), IIITD ( Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology) and IGDTUW ( Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women)

Delhiites and students who wish to spend their BTech years in the CAPITAL would find this piece of information really useful. Colleges under JAC Delhi have 85% quota for students of Delhi NCR (A reason for delhiites to rest assured). The cut offs data for these 4 institutes are provided below-

DTU Admission Cut Offs

NSIT Admission Cut Offs

IIITD Admission Cut Offs

IGDTUW Admission Cut Offs

What advantages do these colleges have over other government funded or private institutes? WELL, being in the capital itself give these institutes an excellent exposure. The placement stats are awesome, even comparable to the placements of many top NITs and few IITs. 8 studenst from NSIT, last year made a fortune by getting packages of 1.25 crores by Google. IGDTUW is renowed as a prestigious college for women of north India  and  IIITD started with its first batch of students in 2008 but has now completely transformed into a leading institute for quality education. DTU, primarily known as Delhi College Of Engineering needs no introduction. After IITD, DTU has always been the most preferred engineering institute in Delhi due to its academic/scientific stature and notable cultural community.

JAC Counselling will start parallel to JOSAA and will follow a similar procedure once the JEE MAINS AIRs have been announced. Feel free to ask anything regarding the counselling process. ( See Contact page)

    1. I don’t see any particular reason behind it. Although one may say that CSE NSIT is in high demands seeing the placement stats that are getting better every year.
Have you applied for ECE ? Because you will definitely get it there if not CSE. I would say not to be hopeless, trends may change. You are really close to getting computers there.
      Best of Luck.
