Finally, the exam approaches. No need to worry, though. I’m sure you all are well prepared (even though you feel you haven’t prepared as well. Algebra : Theory of Equations, Matrices and Complex Numbers (mainly)

Algebra… The study of the one and only ‘x’, the ever unknown variable. Just kidding, algebra is much more than just all this. Although many books differ in what they classify algebra as, I am going to use algebra to basically cover the theory of equations, complex numbers, matrices, sequences and series, and a few minor chapters. Time’s of prime importance and so, let’s be on our way to discuss this essential unit of JEE-Mathematics syllabus.

Calculus 202 : Integral Calculus for JEE-Main and Advanced

Let’s head up to the second portion of the Calculus portion of JEE Syllabus. The tricks that we have mastered and used while doing the differential part of calculus shall help a lot in Integral Calculus. After all, Integration is just the inverse of Differentiation. Let’s head on to the individual chapters and the books that we are going to need for this high-weightage unit of JEE Maths syllabus.

What to do on the day of the exam? JEE, BITSAT, NEET, and all other exams

You’ve worked hard, burnt the midnight oil for months altogether, escaped distractions, been a sincere student, but are now jittery one day before the exam. You are confused about what to do on the day of the exam. First of all, don’t worry! This is going to be a simple yet substantial guideline for you, so better grab a cup of coffee (or water, whatever suits ya), sit back, relax and enjoy the article (Just to be clear, I was also thinking of the messages given after safety instructions given in flights…. Something like – “I am the head air hostess of this flight. Me and my team shall ensure your comforts on this flight. Sit back, relax and enjoy the *aircraft company name* experience). However, there is no cause for panic. 60 days are more than enough to clear KVPY. Continue reading Prepare for KVPY-SA in 2 months

How to Prepare for KVPY-SX (Class 12)

Ask me, and I say… SX is easier than SA,  as far as KVPY is concerned. With a higher selection percentage in SX, it is more likely to get selected in it than in SA. Also, for any person taking JEE coaching (as is a common trend), KVPY  should be a cakewalk. Don’t believe me? So, dirst of all, let us have a look at the paper pattern : Continue reading How to Prepare for KVPY-SX (Class 12)
